1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or using the Vanaqua website and/or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or visit the aquarium.
2. Admission and Entry
Admission to Vanaqua is subject to the payment of applicable fees. All visitors must comply with Vanaqua’s rules and regulations, including those related to safety and conduct. Vanaqua reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who violates these rules or poses a safety risk.
3. Photo and Video Policy
Photography and videography are permitted within Vanaqua, but flash photography is prohibited in certain areas to protect the animals. Vanaqua reserves the right to request that photography or videography be ceased if it disrupts the experience of other visitors or the animals.
4. Liability
Vanaqua is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that occurs on the premises. Visitors are responsible for their own safety and well-being. By entering Vanaqua, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
